Vinyl City Owner and President Richard Logout started his construction business at fourteen years of age. He has never stopped working since then. In 2004 Richard turned 65. For past 20 years he has given his knowledge and expertise to other teams of professionals. In mid 1990s he decided to create a full service remodeling company, which became what the company is now - three specialized independent divisions in Windows, Doors and Home Improvements. We establish market leadership by providing outstanding customer service and innovative results in response to market demands. In 1999 the company moved its office to a new location to include a showroom to display home improvement products it has offer.
